Can I track my order?

From order to delivery, you get:

  1. Order confirmation email immediately after checkout.
  2. Shipment notification within hours of dispatch, including the tracking number and link.
  3. Real-time tracking via the carrier (DHL, DPD, Hermes, GLS depending on destination).
  4. Delivery confirmation email when the carrier marks it delivered.

The customer area at My Account also shows full status and lets you reschedule deliveries with most carriers.

If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, the most common explanations:

  • Delivered to a neighbour — check labelled doors.
  • Left in a building hallway or letterbox — check thoroughly.
  • Carrier marked early — re-check within 24 hours.
  • Wrong address — contact us, we re-ship at our cost if our error.
