Do you ship to non-EU countries?

Shipping coverage:

• EU member states: 27 countries, no customs, EU-standard delivery times.
• EFTA (Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein): yes. Customs duties and VAT apply on arrival, collected by the carrier.
• UK: yes, post-Brexit. Same customs handling as EFTA.
• Other Europe (Balkans, Ukraine, Moldova): case by case. Email customer service to confirm.
• Worldwide: not standard. Contact customer service for special arrangements.

Customs handling:

• Contact lenses are classified as medical devices, exempt from many import categories but subject to standard VAT.
• Most carriers collect VAT and duty at delivery — you pay the carrier directly.
• For destinations where we have a registered VAT presence, VAT is collected at checkout instead.

Customs adds typically 2–4 working days to delivery.
