How do I order lenses with a non-standard prescription?

Stock vs. special order:

• In stock: SPH between −10.00 and +6.00 in 0.25 D steps, common CYL/AXIS for toric. Same-day dispatch.
• Special order: very high SPH (above ±10.00), uncommon CYL (above −2.75), unusual AXIS combinations, multifocal high ADD. Manufacturer-direct order, typically 5–10 working days to arrive at our warehouse, then standard shipping to you.

How to handle:

1. Place the order at the catalogue page — all SPH/CYL/AXIS combinations are listed even if not in stock.
2. If your selection is special-order, we email you within one working day confirming the realistic dispatch date.
3. You can cancel at that point if the lead time doesn't suit you.

For specialty lenses not in our catalogue (sclerals, custom RGP, myopia-control orthokeratology), email customer service — we can place direct orders with most manufacturers.
