What if the box I receive is the wrong product?
Mistakes happen — wrong brand, wrong BC, wrong SPH. Resolution path:
- Photograph the label on the box you received and the invoice that shipped with it.
- Email customer service or open a return in the customer area within 14 days of delivery.
- We send a prepaid return label by email.
- Once you drop the wrong product at a carrier point, we ship the correct product priority — usually next working day.
If the difference is small and you want to keep wearing while waiting (e.g. you received SPH −2.00 instead of −2.25 and only have one box at home), let us know — we can ship the replacement before the return arrives.
For our own quality control, we welcome a brief note on how the mistake happened from your side (e.g. "ordered −2.25, label said −2.00"). It helps us tighten the picking process.
